  • responsible for overall product quality across all Dropcam software and hardware releases, including 3 milestone hardware releases (Dropcam HD / Dropcam Pro / Dropcam Tabs), and countless web and mobile platform releases.
  • grew the team headcount from 1 to 7 within 1 year.

  • switched the company from Fogbugz to JIRA and served as JIRA administrator for all Dropcam employees.
